"I had a very bad experience at this hotel. First, the room shown in the photos on the website was not the room provided to me. Second, the price mentioned was ₹660, but at the hotel I was asked to pay ₹700 without any proper explanation. The Wi-Fi was not working, the room was not clean, and the bedsheet was in poor condition. Overall hygiene was not acceptable. On top of that, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, which made the stay even worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please don’t trust the photos shown online."

"I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The receptionist was extremely ill-mannered and irresponsible. They kept asking for Extra Money and insisted I leave the room key at the reception so they could give the same room to other couples for an hours — totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The room cleanliness was terrible — dirty floor, bad smell, and no proper housekeeping. The geyser was not working, TV was not working, and when I complained, they didn’t even bother to fix it. They also charged for breakfast but never provided it, and when asked, the staff rudely replied, “We don’t provide it, do whatever you want.” Overall, this hotel is completely mismanaged and not worth staying in. Highly disappointed and not recommended at all"

"Worst room, no facility, reception person was very rude. Landline number was not working, no toilet paper in washroom, dirty room, when I asked for toilet paper, the reception person told me that “wo to kisi bhi room m nhi h” in a very rude way. No bottle received, No handwash in washroom, AC was not working properly. They are simply befooling customers by showing all benefits on app. I really don’t recommend this oyo to anyone. Kindly do not visit this one🙏"

"Rooms are descent, service is descent, I did not feel any issue with rooms and do not have any complain, but rooms could be better, tv could have been Android, rooms could have be much cleaner at this price."
